Boundaries
Healthy boundaries protect relationships and clarify responsibilities. This course guides parents in setting clear, respectful limits—with their children, partners, family, friends, coworkers, and even themselves—fostering healthier dynamics at home and beyond. -
Safe People
Understanding what makes a person emotionally safe is essential to nurturing secure relationships. This course explores the traits of safe people, helps parents recognize unsafe patterns, and offers guidance on making wise, healthy choices in friendships and romantic relationships.
