At PEI, every program and course is tailored to each parent’s unique needs. Suggested courses are selected in partnership with the client, using data from their intake assessments and personal goals to guide their services.

Core Programs

• The Answers
  This curriculum and workshop help parents navigate conversations about racism with their children. The topic is addressed through a global and historical lens, encouraging parents to examine personal biases and explore their origins. Participants gain clear definitions of often-misused terms and practical strategies for meaningful, age-appropriate discussions with their children.

• Boundaries
  Healthy boundaries protect relationships and clarify responsibilities. This course guides parents in setting clear, respectful limits—with their children, partners, family, friends, coworkers, and even themselves—fostering healthier dynamics at home and beyond.

• Safe People
  Understanding what makes a person emotionally safe is essential to nurturing secure relationships. This course explores the traits of safe people, helps parents recognize unsafe patterns, and offers guidance on making wise, healthy choices in friendships and romantic relationships. Parents learn how to avoid repeating harmful cycles and how to build trust and relational security with their children.
