Ursula Jones Brown
Ursula, is honored as, "Parent of the Month", from all of us at Parental Empowerment Institute! She is the proud mother of four children. Her outstanding commitment and service to her family and our community is remarkable.

As a manager and corporate trainer for one of America's largest health insurance providers, she teaches strategies for maximizing the capacity of your insurance plan. Ursula also makes sure everyone's medical coverage in her larger extended family is appropriate and providing them the coverage they need.

Parenting doesn’t come with a manual, but we do, and we are here to help. At the Parental Empowerment Institute, we are dedicated to strengthening the bond between parents and children through emotional intelligence assessments, data-driven insights, personalized training, and proven strategies. We help families build deeper understanding and foster open, effective communication.
We also work hand-in-hand with schools to build strong partnerships between families and educators. Our support helps parents guide their children’s academic success, social growth, and positive behavior both in and out of the classroom.
